Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping isn't available yet, but it's on the way.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery time
After processing, orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days via standard shipping. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed, as carrier delays can happen.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $35.
- A flat rate applies to orders under $35, calculated at checkout.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also view your order status by logging into your account. Lost the email? Reach us at with your order number and we'll track it down.
Wrong or undeliverable address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).
Lost or damaged packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
